Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Banner and Pyre (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Game.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

Early Access

Banner and Pyre is currently in early access/development. The Game may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no guarantees about the stability or completeness of the Game during this phase. Features may be added, removed, or changed without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Game and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User-Generated Content

The Game may allow you to create, upload, or share content such as save files, screenshots, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Game.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Game.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
